A font inspired by lettering found on the cover of Ivan Balkansky’s book “Eastern Rhodope Fortresses.” It is rooted in the stylistics of Slavic vyaz, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. The typeface supports Cyrillic, Latin, and Glagolitic scripts, preserving the historical character and decorative expressiveness of the original writing. Its numerous ligatures weave letters together just as eras, languages, and the stones of the Eastern Rhodopes intertwine. This typeface is distributed under the SIL Open Font License and is free for both personal and commercial use.
